CONNECTION TECHNOLOGIES

Choose by installation method and cable construction.

Each system has a distinct connection method. The descriptions below follow the confirmed MR.RAIL product rules.

QUICK LOCK / SWAGELESS

Push-in cable locking

The swageless Quick Lock connection uses internal one-way grip jaws to hold the cable after full insertion. No hydraulic crimper is required on the Quick Lock end; final cable tensioning is still required.

1×19 cable only
SWAGE

Permanent crimp connection

The cable is inserted into the Swage section and secured with a hydraulic crimping tool before final tensioning.

1×19 or 7×7 cable
