RELEASE TOOL USE

Use the matching tool before final tensioning.

Select MR-09, MR-19 or MR-29 for the matching Quick Lock diameter family. Follow the instructions for that fitting; do not use the tool on Swage connections or as a cable tensioner.

Use only before final cable tensioning.

Position the matching release tool at the Quick Lock opening.

Release the internal grip while adjusting or removing the cable.

Remove the tool, reinsert the cable fully and continue the installation.

No crimping tool is required. Use the release tool that matches the selected Quick Lock size family.
